A man and woman have been arrested after a 20-month-old boy fell from a window.
A 20-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of child neglect. They have been released on bail while Derbyshire police continue their investigation.
Emergency services were called on Tuesday, September 3, at 11am to reports of a toddler falling from a window on Harehill Road in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
An air ambulance took the boy to Sheffield Children’s Hospital for treatment. He is now being cared for at a South Yorkshire hospital.
Police say his injuries are not serious or life-threatening.
