A reckless teenage motorbike rider, carrying a passenger ignored a red light and crashed into another car as he fled from police.
The incident began when officers noticed three motorcyclists acting suspiciously. When the officers turned around to investigate, only one biker stopped.
The other two sped off, escalating the situation. Due to the high risk posed to the public and riders, officers chose not to pursue them.
